Message: Better late than never.... just writing to say what a fabulous 2-month trip we had round North and South Island last year (2007) - the holiday of a lifetime and we're trying to save up to come back. Our lovely Tui van was superb - and you were all so helpful. Can't thank you all enough in Christchurch and Auckland for making everything so easy and pictures of our van keep coming up on the screensaver to remind us of a very special celebratory retirement holiday. Trudy was very helpful, and we were very impressed by how quickly we were able to get on the road and on our way. Having had a couple of bad experiences with another company who shall remain nameless, it was a welcome change to be able to get straight into our vehicle - have a quick rundown on the mechanics, and then hit the road! Very professional.... The van went like a dream, handling the hills with ease, and was very economical. The frig was always lovely and cold (very important for his lordship's beer supply), and spending a night here or there outside of a camping ground was never a problem. We had a slight problem with a leaking rear window (but then we did experience very heavy rain), but apart from that I couldn't fault anything about the vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Tui again - they are very helpful and friendly people to deal with..... Thanks guys...
