Christchurch Airport Shuttle Information
We offer a complimentary transfer service from Christchurch Airport and surrounding Airport Hotels, Motels to our depot. Please contact us on 0800 324 939 and advise us your name and reservation number. Our shuttle service operates from 9am - 3pm only and is normally within 30 minutes. For airport pick ups between 3pm - 4pm during the summer months you will need to make your own way to our depot by taxi/uber at your own cost
CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT CHRISTCHURCH AIRPORT must call to arrange a pickup. If you have an NZ mobile or SIM card you can call us on our toll free phone number. If ringing from an overseas mobile our contact is +64 3 3597 410. If you do not have a mobile there are also public pay phones located within the terminal that you can call us on our free phone number. After collecting your luggage exit the terminal and make your way to door 2, near the regional arrivals/departures lounge where the shuttle will pick you up. Please wait here for the white Tui Courtesy shuttle van.
Vehicle Pick Up & Return
Before you arrive to pick up your camper, make sure you watched your camper show-through video ahead of your arrival. Within our channel you can also access comprehensive on-the-road CamperHelp ‘how to’ videos.
At pick-up, our branch crew will give you the opportunity to watch your camper show-through again and answer any questions you have about your camper before you hit the road.
Before you return you will need to fill up your fuel tank as well as empty the waste water tank and toilet cassette. There are no facilities at the branch to do this but you can search for your closest service station and dump station in the Campermate App.
