Unfortunately, this may impact your travel plans with us, so we wish to advise of the following:

Auckland and Christchurch Branch 

• We will not be allowing any pick-ups from our branchs during Alert Level 4 or 3.  If you are impacted by the new alert levels and wish to cancel or return early, please contact us to discuss your situation.  
• We will be allowing drop-offs between normal branch hours of 9:00am – 3:30pm.  Our courtsey coach will not be operating under level 3.  Taxis and ubers are permitted should you require transport to your next destination after your vehicle return.

The safety of our customers and crew is incredibly important to us. We encourage all visitors to be kind to one another and have patience with other customers and our teams as we work within these restrictions. Anyone dropping off a vehicle need register themselves using the NZ COVID Tracer app.
