New Zealand's Alert Levels will see Auckland remain at Alert Level 3, and the rest of New Zealand remain at Alert Level 2.

These restrictions are currently planned to be in place until midnight Sunday 30th August 202. Further information can be found here.

Unfortunately, this may impact your travel plans with us, so we wish to advise of the following:

Auckland Branch

  • We will not be allowing any pick-ups from our Auckland branch during Alert Level 3. If you were booked to pick-up on these days, your options are to rebook at another time or receive a refund less $100 admin/cancellation fee.
  • We will be allowing drop-offs between normal branch hours of 9:00am – 3:30pm.  Our courtsey coach will not be operating under level 3.  Taxis and ubers are permitted should you require transport to your next destination after your vehicle return.

The safety of our customers and crew is incredibly important to us. We encourage all visitors to be kind to one another and have patience with other customers and our teams as we work within these restrictions. Anyone dropping off a vehicle should register themselves using the NZ COVID Tracer app.

Christchurch Branch

  • All branches will continue to process pick-ups and drop-offs within usual business hours.
  • If you are impacted by the new alert levels and wish to cancel or return early, please contact us to discuss your situation.

At Alert Level 2: People can travel under Alert Level 2, including between regions for recreation and tourism, but need to do so safely and keep a record of their travel. It is critical that people should avoid travel and stay home if they are unwell.

  • All vehicle handovers will be conducted with distancing measures in place.
  • Full operational instructions are on board every vehicle.

Within Alert Level 2, our services are open to campervan rentals, campervan manufacturing, vehicle maintenance, vehicle servicing and sale vehicle viewings. Whilst operating under level 2, Tui will employ strict health and safety procedures, aimed at protecting anyone visiting our branches. As such, we will maintain and request social distancing of no less than 2 meters and employ procedures to minimise potential spread of Covid-19 and to enable contact tracing.

Please DO NOT visit our branches if you are required experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, awaiting a result from a COVID-19 test, suspected/probable/confirmed to have COVID-19, or if subject to an individual notice issued under section 70(1)(f) of the Health Act.

Wishing you safe health.

Kia kaha,
The team at Tui Campers
